Refund Policy

No make-ups or credits for lessons missed due to sickness or voluntary absences.

No make-ups or credits for lessons cancelled due to weather or unsafe road conditions. Given the size of our program, rescheduling is no longer feasible without causing delays.

If cancelled after the due date of the lessons (day before the start date) we will require a $35 cancellation fee, either to be paid or reduced from the refund.

If an entire day of lessons is cancelled, we may consider a make-up day on a case-by-case basis, but it is not guaranteed.

If lessons are cancelled due to pool maintenance or instructor unavailability, we will do our best to schedule a make-up day.

If you need to cancel your spot, please notify us as soon as possible.
